Description

Cap: White hairs covering cap; margin inrolled; hemispheric/kidney-shaped. Gills: White to yellowish-tan; subdistant to fairly close. Stalk: Off-center; tiny or none (J. Solem, pers. comm.).

Solitary/groups on dead hardwoods.
