Status

Found on ground in mixed woods.

Description

Cap: Cream (yellowish-tan in age); convex with central depression; margin slightly lined in age. Gills: White (pinkish-gray in age); finely toothed with dark edges. Stalk: White or light gray-brown; may have blue dots or fibrils; white mycelium at base. (J. Solem, pers. comm.)
